The Scientific Advisory Board of the Field of Excellence "Dimensions of Europeanization" will discuss social transformation processes in Southeastern Europe from a comparative perspective with respect to the changing discourses about the understanding, organization and, particularly, unification of the material and figurative territory referred to as "Europe" in time and space.
We will have the great opportunity to hear the internationally renowned researchers Helmut Halfmann (University of Hamburg), Herbert Küpper (Institut für Ostrecht, Regensburg), Tanja Petrović (Institute of Culture and Memory Studies ZRC SAZU e), Inga Tomić-Koludrović (Institute of Social Sciences Ivo Pilar – Regional Center Split) and Milada Vachudova (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) in this interdisciplinary dialogue.
