Promoting Equal Treatment and Protecting from Discrimination: The Cooperation between Equality Bodies and Police Officers 

This project explores the impact and limitations of the cooperation between Equality Bodies (EBs) and police officers in order to promote equal treatment and to prevent and to protect from discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, racial or ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion and belief, including multiple and intersectional discrimination. The comparative analysis aims to map EBs’ competence, activities, and impact of their work in EU Member States and to identify good practices.
